By accessing and using Draft Invitations (draftinvitations.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our platform to create content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The templates, designs, and content on Draft Invitations are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use downloaded designs for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not resell the templates themselves.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. For WhatsApp-assisted orders, refund requests must be made before delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Draft Invitations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
