Return & Refund Policy

1. DIY Digital Downloads
All digital downloads (video invitations, wedding cards, greeting cards, and biodatas) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Please preview your customized design before downloading. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 24 hours at support@draftinvitations.in.
2. WhatsApp Assisted Orders
For orders where our team designs the invitation for you, you may request a cancellation or revision before the final file is delivered. Once the final design has been shared with you, the order is considered complete. We offer one free revision per order. Additional revisions may be charged at ₹49 each.
3. Printed Cards
Printed card orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before they enter the print queue. After 24 hours or once printing has begun, cancellations are not accepted. If the printed cards arrive damaged or with a printing defect, we will reprint and reship at no cost — please send photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscription plans are non-refundable after purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@draftinvitations.in with your transaction ID.
5. Albums
Album credits are non-refundable once the album has been created and the QR code has been generated. If the album fails to function due to a technical error on our part, we will extend the album validity at no extra charge.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue, contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9351657973 or email support@draftinvitations.in. Include your order ID, the email address used, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Razorpay processing fees (if any) may not be refundable. For UPI payments, refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect.
